纏繞機(jī)采用臥式分體結(jié)構(gòu)布局，主要包括纏繞小車、繞絲嘴、伸臂、主軸、紗架、浸膠裝置、預(yù)浸帶纏繞裝置(可選配)、電控柜等部件。配置高精度西門子840 D 數(shù)控控制系統(tǒng)，張力控制系統(tǒng)采用氣動(dòng)伺服控制張力器對(duì)每一團(tuán)紗進(jìn)行張力控制和合股纖維張力測量顯示，每團(tuán)紗的張力互不影響，具備停機(jī)繼續(xù)保持張力的功能。該設(shè)備能夠適用碳纖維、玻璃纖維及有機(jī)纖維等纏繞工藝要求。濕法纏繞能進(jìn)行罐體(等開口及不等開口)、管道、球體、錐體、組合體等回轉(zhuǎn)體及方形制品的纖維纏繞。
